Feeding Program for Christian IDPs in Nigeria

Dear Respected Donors and Friends,

We sincerely thank you for the generous support shown to this underserved population. Because of your kindness, the first batch of relief assistance is now ready for execution. 

Christian families in Nigeria’s central region were forced to flee after violent attacks on their communities. Homes were burned, farms destroyed, and loved ones lost. Many arrived at temporary shelters with nothing but the clothes they were wearing. Mothers and fathers are doing their best to comfort their children while living in uncertain and fragile conditions.

With your support, we were able to procure and package the following food items for immediate distribution:

• 60 bags of rice (5kg each)
• 48 bags of beans (3.5kg each)
• 44 bags of garri (3.5kg each)

These food supplies are now packaged and ready to be delivered to displaced families. In addition, relief kits containing mosquito nets and water purification materials will be distributed. There will also be general medical screening, malaria blood tests, and free medicines provided to those who test positive.

Your contribution is already bringing comfort to families who have endured severe hardship. As Scripture reminds us:
“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

— Matthew 25:40
