Dear donors,
Thousands of pregnant women in rural Nigeria give birth without skilled care because clinics are far away and roads are poor. Many mothers and newborns die from bleeding, infection, or delayed help during labor. This project will deploy trained midwives by motorbike and bicycle to reach 3,500 pregnant women with antenatal care, safe deliveries, and newborn support.
Emergency referrals will be arranged for women with high-risk complications. Initial donations have been received, but they are not enough to begin full operations. More funds are needed for transport, delivery kits, medicines, and staff support. Your contribution will bring skilled care directly to remote villages, reduce preventable deaths, and give mothers and babies a safer start to life.
Warm regards,
Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
