Hello dear Friends, we received notice from an old friend, who we helped in the past with food. Again we must request food aid for these people.
Oldonyosambu Village, located approximately 40 km north of Arusha, is home to more than 14,000 people. The community relies heavily on cattle and goat keeping, with a small portion engaged in small-scale farming. However, recurring long periods of drought have severely affected their livelihoods. Food shortages are now common, especially among women and children, as many men migrate with their livestock in search of water and pasture.
Currently, the village is experiencing an acute food crisis. Livestock are dying due to a lack of water and grazing land, and many families are struggling to meet their basic daily needs. Destiny Hope Foundation (DHF) has supported this community in the past, and village leaders have once again turned to DHF seeking urgent assistance to help families survive this difficult period.
Although DHF does not have its own dedicated funding, we are reaching out to compassionate partners and friends like you. Your support can ease the suffering of the people of Oldonyosambu Village and bring much-needed relief during this crisis.
Any contribution you can make will be deeply appreciated and will have a direct, life-saving impact.
Best Regards,
Pendaeli Amos
