Food Groceries to 78 Neglected Elder,Leper Cured

Thank you for all your generous support for the neglected elders food groceries through esteemed organization GlobalGiving.

Our elders,disabled people and leper cured are neglected by their own sons, daughters and blood relations. we found many reasons behind this neglection. many are too poor to look after their parents because of jobless conditions and illiteracy. some of them have gone to some other place to work. Mostly they are low wage labors and and their wages are not sufficient to look after their own children.Our disabled people and leper cured are also neglected by their families because they feel that they are burden for them. 

Your generous contribution helped us to provide Food groceries to neglected elder people,disabled people and leper cured, who are selected by screening committee consisting of village elders, our staff and self help group members of that village. They select the right persons and your contribution free them from starvation and gives them dignity to live.

With your support, we provide Rice, tuar dal,cooking oil,chilli powder,tamarind,salt,vegetables, fruits, soaps,tooth brush,paste Etc.We also provide medicines and clothes to keep them in good health conditions and hygenically. Now they are free starvation and live with dignity. These welfare provisions are happening because of your generous support and sacrifice of your hard earnings towards elderly care,disabled people and leper cured. All our beneficiaries are very happy, healthy and thanking you for helping them to live with dignity. CHHASE and our staff thank you for your support.We assure you that 100% of your contribution spent for the purpose it is donated.

One of our elder said " I am Muniamma.I lost my husband 15 years back. Since then, i was able to work another 10 years. I was fallen sick and no one is there to look after me.I was begging for some time to keep me alive. After i joined in CHHASE NGO care, i am able to cook and eat. Now i am getting clothes, medicines etc regularly.Now i am healthy and i thank you for helping to live dignityly."
