CHHASE & our staff & our children, Wish you advance HAPPY “Women’s day”, which we are celebrating on 8th march,2021.
Your generous support helped us to protect our beneficiary neglected women and enabled us to provide food groceries during COVID-19 pandemic.
Livelihood program
Year 2020 to forget & there is no hiding it.- Almost all organizations, children, poor women, elders, work force and businesses has been adversely affected and CHHASE is no exception. During this pandemic, mostly wage workers, small business and poor women affected and they lost their livelihood. With the help of donors like you, We have provided skill development trainings to 60 poor women to create livelihood and job placements and 90 poor women training in sewing started in 1st dec,2020 and closed on 20th of feb,2021. Now they are ready to start their own business / job.
Most of our beneficiaries like to learn sewing, we have arrange to provide sewing training which is going to start from 1st march,2021 for 3 months to 350 beneficiaries in 12 different places. As a matterof fact, sewing skill is well known as good business which always helps to earn in all seasons.
Relief to BERUVI cyclone victims.
CHHASE provided relief material to BERUVI 150 cyclone victims in cuddalore district on 16th feb.2021.
We have provided 10 Kg rice, 2 Kg cooking oil, 2 Kg atta, 2 Kg dhall, 1 Kg suji, 1 Kg noodles, Biscuits, soaps, paste, hair oil, Bed sheets and towels.
