Cost of food in the West Bank and Gaza is more expensive than the USA and Europe, in particular meat . This project will provide basic necessities to families with children such as Rice, Sugar, Salt, Powdered Milk, Noodles, Oil, Tea, Certain can goods and dried products, and other basic necessities to provide a nutritional food plan for the children and elderly on a monthly basis. Aid will be provided to low-income families to combat food insecurity. Ramadan is approaching, help needy families
Wages in the West Bank and Gaza are very low relative to the cost of living. Many parents are struggling with providing the basic needs to their children. The cost of living in Palestine is more expensive than the cost of living in the USA and most of Europe. Job security to many parents is almost zero. Most are laborer and they might work for a day, a week, or a month but not guaranteed as a full-time job. Additionally, Many elderly are struggling to meet everyday needs, they need help.
Our foundation will provide nutritional packages to families with children in the West Bank and Gaza and the elderly. Food security is critical to help families in need with children. We have partnered with Middle East Children Alliance for the past year and we have experienced partners in both the West Bank and Gaza who can work closely with leaders in the community and identify those in need.
Keep the children and the elderly in good health. Reduce poverty in the West Bank and Gaza. Provide nutritional packages to families with children and the elderly so that they will not go hungry. Improve the health of the community.
