Waves Ahead Corp continues to provide food sustainability programming from the five community centers located across the four cardinal regions of Puerto Rico. We provide food boxes, and materials to create a home garden, to more than 200 individuals each month. In addition, we provide mental health services and case management to more than 172 participants each month by social workers and mental health clinicians. Support groups for gay and bisexual men and for transgender and nonbinary individuals each week to more than 30 individuals. All services are free and open to all.
There is so much to continue doing but a day at a time we continue to provide life saving services to all with a focus on our LGBTTQ+ community and LGBTTQ+ elders.
