Lebanon is facing a severe humanitarian crisis driven by conflict and displacement. 1 in 5 people have been forced to flee their homes, leaving behind their livelihoods, shelter, and access to basic services. As a result, displaced communities are struggling to meet their most essential needs, especially the most vulnerable, including access to food, safe shelter, healthcare, and infant care.
This project provides an integrated emergency response to meet the immediate needs of displaced families. It includes shelter support, food assistance (hot meals, ready-to-eat kits, and monthly parcels), baby essentials (diapers and formula), and medications for chronic illnesses. This approach ensures families receive immediate, life-saving support while addressing multiple vulnerabilities in a coordinated and dignified way.
Beyond immediate relief, this project strengthens the resilience of displaced communities by ensuring continued access to essential resources. It helps prevent the deterioration of living conditions, supports community-based response systems, and enhances FoodBlessed's capacity to respond to future crises. Ultimately, it contributes to restoring stability, dignity, and long-term support systems for vulnerable families in Lebanon.
