Dear Friends and Supporters of FoodBlessed,

My name is Maya Terro, Co-Founder and Executive Director of FoodBlessed. I am writing this report with deep appreciation to recognize every contribution—large and small—made since the launch of this fundraiser, and to highlight the impact these generous donations have helped achieve.

Because of your continued support, this project has been able to respond to the rapidly growing humanitarian needs across Lebanon, delivering critical assistance to displaced and vulnerable families during an ongoing crisis. This report reflects the collective compassion that made this work possible.

REPORT SUMMARY

Over the past three months, thanks to the generosity of 379 donors who contributed $35,335, FoodBlessed delivered life-saving humanitarian assistance to displaced and vulnerable families across Lebanon.

The funds raised through this campaign enabled us to procure approximately 30,000 emergency relief items and reach an estimated 5,756 individuals (around 1,250 families) across Lebanon during this reporting period. Approximately 90% were displaced and living in informal settlements, including tents, vehicles, or makeshift accommodations, 8% were residing with relatives or host families—with some households accommodating up to five displaced families in a single apartment—and 2% were living in collective shelters..

Through this assistance, families received critical support tailored to their most urgent needs, including food assistance, hygiene supplies, baby essentials, life-saving medications, and emergency shelter items. Each intervention represented not only material relief, but also dignity, protection, and hope for families facing extremely difficult living conditions amid ongoing humanitarian challenges.

What We’ve Accomplished

In the past 3 months, your donations have helped us provide life-saving humanitarian assistance to families affected by displacement and crisis across Lebanon.

Through this support, we were able to deliver:

  • Hot meals and ready-to-eat food assistance
  • Monthly food parcels for vulnerable households
  • Hygiene kits ensuring dignity and basic health needs
  • Baby essentials, including diapers and infant formula
  • Life-saving medications for chronic conditions
  • Emergency shelter and cash assistance for families in urgent need

Each intervention represents more than aid—it is immediate relief, dignity, and survival for families facing extremely difficult circumstances.

Over this period, thanks to your generosity, we have raised $35,335 from 379 generous donors, all of whom believe in our mission.

The funds raised through this campaign enabled the procurement of approximately 30,000 emergency relief items and helped us reach an estimated 5,756 individuals (around 1,250 families) across Lebanon during this reporting period.

Of the 5,756 beneficiaries reached, approximately 90% were displaced and living in informal settlements, including tents, vehicles, or makeshift accommodations, 8% were residing with relatives or host families—with some households accommodating up to five displaced families in a single apartment—and 2% were living in collective shelters.

These figures highlight the severe living conditions faced by many of the families we support and underscore the continued need for humanitarian assistance across Lebanon.

Each intervention represented not only material relief, but also dignity, protection, and hope for families facing extremely difficult living conditions amid ongoing humanitarian challenges.

Who We’ve Helped

Because of your generosity, we were able to reach some of the most vulnerable groups affected by the crisis, including:

  • Displaced families who have lost their homes and livelihoods
  • Children and infants in urgent need of nutrition and care
  • Elderly individuals with limited access to food and healthcare
  • Families living in extreme poverty and unstable conditions

Each package delivered, each meal served, and each kit distributed carried with it a message of solidarity: that they are not forgotten.

Challenges on the Ground

Despite these achievements, the humanitarian situation in Lebanon continues to worsen. The scale of need is growing faster than available resources, and displaced families continue to struggle with access to food, shelter, healthcare, and basic essentials.

Our teams remain committed, but the demand far exceeds available funding and supplies.

Final Thoughts & How You Can Help

Thank you to everyone who has supported us during these incredibly difficult times in Lebanon. Your generosity has allowed us to respond quickly and effectively, but the need continues to grow every day.

We remain committed to ensuring that no one is left behind.

If you would like to continue standing with families in need, please consider supporting this campaign. Every donation—no matter the size—directly translates into food, medicine, and essential relief for those who need it most.

We will continue to share updates, stories, and photos so you can see the lives your support is changing.

Let’s keep the momentum going.

If you’ve already donated—thank you. You can make an even greater impact by:

Every action brings us closer to ensuring dignity, stability, and hope for families across Lebanon.

As I close this report, I want to express my deepest gratitude for standing with us during one of the most challenging periods our country has faced. Your support is not just funding relief—it is saving lives.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Maya Terro
