By Cecilia Pellizzeri | Specchio dei tempi
In Ukraine,Specchio dei tempi's village in Cernivci is returning to normal activity after the Russian attack that caused severe damage to the tensile structures.
Since it began operations in the spring two years ago, just 40 days after the invasion, it has assisted tens of thousands of Ukrainians fleeing the occupied areas and prepared over 1 million meals for desperate children, families and the elderly.
The distribution of meals to refugees fleeing the Donbass and Crimea has resumed, and the children's play area and the area for distributing clothes and heavy shoes will soon be back in operation. The temperatures have become very cold and there have already been some snowfalls.
Everyone can help Specchio dei tempi support the activities of the village, built by Specchio d'Italia just a month after the Russian invasion.
In Ukraine, Specchio dei tempi works together with the international volunteers of Remar Sos.
