Respected Donors, It is informed that due to untiring and consistent efforts of Customs Health Care Society (CHCS), Desserts of Thar are being converted into Green Farms. In this regard, CHCS launched a project named "Deserts to Green Farms" few years ago which is still progressing despite the damanges caused by Pandemic COVID-19. This project is aimed at converting the deserts of Thar into green fields in order provide food to the humans and fodder to the cattle and other animal of Thar, which is a water scarce area and there are no rains over the years
As the season of wheat harvesting approached, people of Thar harvested their Wheat grown in the Green Farms developed by CHCS. The people of Thar are very happy as this not only given them food for the season but also improved their socio-economic life. However, this has not been possible without the cooperation of our kind and generous donors. The collaboration of CHCS with GlobalGiving Founadation has given it a global recognition over the years.
Moreover, CHCS alongside this project also intends to distribute relief goods and safety equipment to the poor people of Thar as Pandemic COVID-19 has affected the whole of Pakistan. However, this is not possible without your kind donations. The Donors are, therefore, requested to donate generously to help CHCS in attaining its objective.
