On London, 26th November 2021, between 10:00 and 11:00am, the Mayor of London launched the first of its kind in the UK, The London Food Bus, as a new alternative retail concept with a mission to reduce food insecurity in areas of socioeconomic and geographical deprivation.
He spoke to business students from South Thames College, including hearing two an exciting proposals for sustainable food products and packaging.
We were joined by MP's Fleur Anderson and Marsha DeCordova and Jules Verne Deputy Mayor.
The bus then travelled to Lambeth where we were joined by the Mayor Annie Gallop and MP Florence Eshalomi and students with Special educational needs fro Lambeth college. We then took a lap of glory around Brockwell park and ended the day.
