Our teachers are the backbone of our organization. With 39 of them working tirelessly to teach our children across Latin America we are incredibly proud of them and the work they do.
Each teacher has their own class in schools, sometimes covering more than one if needed. But class sizes are big and we would love to be able to split grades, add in teach support and grow our teacher force to 50 by the end of this year.
As you know, the smaller the ratio of teacher to student, the more the children will receive attention, build confidence, learn more and get more out of school. Our teachers are reliable, resourceful and the best of the best.
