Dear Donor,
We are excited to share with you the updates on the "Fund her future: young women led development" effort. Through your generous support, this campaign has successfully scaled its reach to empower and resource high-impact, young women-led projects globally. Our efforts this year focused on expanding academic enrollment in specialized health courses, strengthening community-based knowledge transfers in off-grid communites through cascade training, and amplifying the voices of successful women within our international network.
The Changemaker School witnessed a significant growth in its reach, with enrollment increasing by 22% throughout 2025. This expansion resulted in a total of over 9,000 active students. Notably, 3,000 of these individuals were enrolled in our Menstrual, Sexual, and Reproductive Courses, which are now offered in Spanish, English, and French to ensure accessibility across diverse regions. Beyond the digital classroom, our cascade training model—where alumni share their acquired expertise locally—successfully increased its reach from 22,000 to 25,000 individuals, effectively supporting communities with limited access to traditional infrastructure.
Furthermore, ten specifically funded projects from the past year were dedicated exclusively to the advancement of menstrual hygiene, management, and health. These targeted initiatives achieved a collective impact on 6,800 people across several nations, including South Africa, Kenya, India, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Malawi, Pakistan, Zambia, and Liberia. This localized approach ensures that the unique cultural and logistical needs of each community are addressed by the women who know them best.
Finally, we featured some incredible stories from changemakers of our network to inspire the new generation with true testimonials of women working on STEM, Women's rights, Menstrual Management, digital literay and Education. This stories can be found on the latest season of the Young Changemakers Podcast.
