At Amantani, our mission is simple yet profound: to empower young people and provide them with the tools they need to shape their futures. Thanks to your generous support, we've been able to make significant strides in achieving this mission through our various programmes.

Transitions: Andean Youth Project

In the highlands, our efforts continue to bear fruit as the class of 2023 embarks on their journey towards further education. Building on the success of previous cohorts, we're providing ongoing support to our now graduates, assisting them with CV preparation, interview skills, and career guidance. This holistic approach ensures that they are well-prepared to navigate the challenges of the job market and pursue their dreams. Like Cleyde, who studied administration of tourism and hospitality businesses and now works in the office of tourism at the Municipality of Ccorca, community she grew up in.

Meanwhile, our Youth Hub continues to be a dynamic space nestled just 15 minutes away from Cusco's bustling plaza. Here, our diverse cohorts come together while they pursue their educational and personal growth journeys. Amidst the constant ebb and flow of students, the hub serves not only as a sanctuary for study and rest, but also as a place where they can find their ever-present and approachable tutors. Through one-on-one meetings and group activities, concerns find a receptive ear and dreams take shape into actionable plans. It's a place where guidance is abundant, opportunities abound, and the spirit of community thrives.
