Project Title: Alkhidmat Palestine Relief

Overview:

In response to the escalating conflict in Gaza, Alkhidmat Foundation stepped up with a large-scale humanitarian relief effort, providing critical aid in the form of food, shelter, medical support, and educational assistance. This initiative has supported thousands of people affected by the war, aiming to alleviate their suffering in the besieged Gaza Strip.

Key Achievements:

1. Educational Support:

Schools for Refugees: Established an Alkhidmat School for Refugees in Cairo, Egypt, benefiting 300 students.
Schools in Gaza: Two schools in Gaza are operational, providing education amidst the conflict.
Scholarships: Monthly support through the Alkhidmat Academic Scholarship program, benefiting 214 students.

2. Food & Nutrition Support:

Distributed 30,508 food packs, 182,586 cans of food, and 3,867 vegetable baskets.
Provided 78,398 hot meals and 47,716 other food items (biscuit, honey, tea, etc.).
Flour bags (14,090), rice packs (19,800), and Iftar packs (7,442) helped ensure food security.
Supplied 353,000 water bottles and 5,000 jerry cans of clean drinking water.

3. Shelter Support:

Tents (4,541) and family packs (1,000) were provided to displaced families.
Kitchen sets (2,000) were distributed to help families prepare meals.
Blankets (16,375), winter packs (1,000), and mattresses (800) were delivered for warmth and comfort.

4. Medical Support:

327 tons of medicine and 23,373 hygiene kits were provided to meet health needs.
Safe delivery kits (17,500) and baby kits (19,733) supported maternal and infant care.
Two ambulances were dispatched for emergency medical services.

Conclusion:

This extensive relief initiative by Alkhidmat Foundation has addressed critical needs in Gaza, from food security and shelter to healthcare and education. The swift response has made a tangible impact, benefiting thousands of people in one of the world's most distressed regions.
