Balajothi Centre for the Disabled Trust, a non-profit organisation, believes in the essential role of creating well-trained caregivers in ensuring seniors' quality of life and dignity.

 

Our mission is to empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, to pursue fulfilling careers in geriatric care through comprehensive training and support. We also aim to enhance seniors' quality of life by promoting home caregiving as a viable career option and providing information on industry trends and employment opportunities. With inclusivity and accessibility at our core, we strive to create pathways for all to contribute to seniors' well-being while building rewarding careers in caregiving.
