The children who participate in our extracurricular learning program, supported through the “Get a Kosovan Kid to School” project on GlobalGiving, have just started a three-day summer camp – and they’re having an amazing time!
This camp is more than just fun. It's a reward for the hard work and dedication these children have shown throughout the school year, children who come from marginalized communities and face daily challenges. During the year, they attend extra lessons at TIP to improve their literacy, catch up in school, and build their confidence.
Now, in the summer, they get to enjoy learning in a different way – through games, creativity, and teamwork. From educational games and arts & crafts to team-building activities and group reading sessions, the camp offers a safe, joyful space where children can feel free to express themselves, make friends, and continue growing.
Smiles, laughter, and colorful drawings have filled the room. For some children, this is the first time they've attended a camp. They’re making new friends, discovering their talents, and experiencing joy and belonging — all thanks to you they're making memories they will never forget.
