Dear Supporters,
I trust this message finds you well, wherever you may be. Over the past three months, our project in Ghana has been empowering local women with computer skills. Although we’ve had to put our sewing project on hold due to funding constraints, we’re actively working to secure the necessary resources.
Thanks to your generous donations, we’ve been able to reserve a computer café twice a week and hire a teacher to guide these women in mastering computer use. Each session equips them with the skills to create a portfolio and CV, leaving them inspired and smiling. Your contributions have made this possible, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
It’s important to understand why this project is so crucial in Ghana. Despite progress, women’s representation remains low, with only 15% in parliament and around 26% in management positions in the private sector. Our project aims to address this imbalance by upskilling women, thereby enhancing their prospects and contributing to gender equality.
Your continued support can help us resume our sewing project and expand our existing initiatives. Together, we can make a difference in these women’s lives and contribute to a more equitable society.
Thank you for your unwavering support!
