Dr Carole Sharma, the chair of Nepal Village Foundation, UK and Ms Amy Richardson, one of our supporters have visited Nepal to monitor the ongoing Girl’s Education Project in October 2023. During the visit, they have met ex-graduated girls who are now married and have children and the girls currently in the education scheme and receiving our support. Thay have also spared some time to meet the group of disabled people who have been grouped up to work for the wellbeing of disabled people in the Municipality.

Findings from the visit are very interesting and there are many challenges too that required attention. However, the support we are providing is really making a big difference to the girls in community. The notes from the visit are still being reviewed and a final report will be ready soon. Hopefully, I will be able to share it in the next project update.

Our next campaign is to increase the number of people donating regularly to the project. It will definitely help us to address many challenges that we are currently facing in the project. If you are able to contribute regularly even a small amount then please start giving from today. We appreciate your generous support through the years and in the years ahead.
