1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The project successfully supported 85 girls this academic year. Our core commitment remains to provide full support until the completion of Higher Secondary School (Class 12). This year, we celebrate a major milestone as our most senior cohort completes this journey. As the new cycle begins in April 2026, we have received 14 new applications from families seeking to start this same path.

2. ACADEMIC PROFILE & GRADUATION

The project is designed to prevent dropout at critical transition points. This year's student distribution was:

  • Class 12: 11 girls (Graduating) – These students have completed their higher secondary journey under our scheme. We congratulate them on this achievement and wish them the very best of luck in their future careers and higher education.
  • Class 11: 20 girls (Transitioning to their final year)
  • Class 10: 20 girls (Completed SEE exams)
  • Class 9: 19 girls
  • Class 8: 12 girls
  • Class 7: 3 girls

3. MONITORING, STAFFING & RETENTION

  • The Team: One full-time project staff member and three volunteers managed the cohort.
  • Direct Engagement: The team performed daily school visits and frequent family visits.
  • Retention Challenges: Despite intensive daily monitoring, two girls left the scheme this year due to extreme socioeconomic pressures, emphasizing the need for continued advocacy.

4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Attendance (80%–100%): 31 girls (Consistent engagement)
  • Attendance (Below 60%): 21 girls (Priority for staff outreach)
  • Academic Support: 19 girls received extra tuition classes for their final exams.
  • SEE Success: 18 girls successfully passed their Secondary School Examination.

5. MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION SUMMARY

To ensure students have every tool required for success:

  • Mobility: 21 New Bicycles for long-distance travel.
  • STEM Tools: 89 Scientific Calculators and 89 Geometry Boxes.
  • Core Supplies: 1,900 Notebooks, 2,150 Pens, and 89 School Bags.
