Project Report | Dec 30, 2025
The right to learn

By Dr Girish Kulkarni | Founder

You are keeping girls in school
You are keeping girls in school

We are so grateful for everything you have done for us and our children. For many children from vulnerable communities, especially girls, attending school regularly is not a given—it is a daily struggle. Poverty, migration, child labour, family instability, trauma, and learning gaps often force children to miss school, not because they lack ability, but because they lack support. Over time, irregular attendance leads to poor academic performance and, eventually, school dropouts.

The Reality We Witness

  • Children miss school to support family income
  • Migrant families face frequent disruptions in education
  • Learning gaps and fear of failure reduce children’s confidence
  • Unsafe travel, long distances, and harsh conditions discourage attendance
  • Without timely intervention, these children are at serious risk of losing their fundamental right to education.

Launched in June 2025, our Snehdnyandeep project is a focused initiative aimed at restoring learning continuity and improving school attendance among at-risk children. Through community-based learning centres, the project addresses the root causes of absenteeism and creates a supportive, engaging environment where children can reconnect with education.

Snehdnyandeep Offers:

  • Remedial education to bridge learning gaps
  • Toybank–based activity learning to spark curiosity and joy
  • Educational kits and essential learning materials
  • Mentorship and emotional support for vulnerable children
  • Parental counselling and regular follow-ups
  • Flexible learning schedules aligned with community realities

With consistent guidance and care, the impact we are seeing is:

  • Children regain confidence and interest in learning
  • School attendance improves steadily
  • Families begin to see education as a long-term investment
  • Children remain connected to schools and learning spaces

Thank you, your support helps us:

  • Reach more children from marginalized communities
  • Strengthen learning centres with trained educators and resources
  • Ensure no child drops out due to poverty, neglect, or circumstance

By donating to our cause you are keeping children learning. Together, we can keep hundreds in school by transforming poor attendance into regular learning, renewed hope, and real opportunity.

Because every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and dream.

Thank you
