Dear friend,
Thank you for showing interest in this important effort. Although no donations have been received yet, your concern means a great deal. We have been making efforts to keep the plan active through coordination with local health workers and community leaders to identify the centers most in need.
In Nigeria, high blood pressure is one of the most common health challenges, often leading to heart disease and stroke when left unchecked. Many local clinics do not have working monitors, making it hard for health workers to detect cases early. As a result, many people discover their condition only when complications have already set in. Supplying these monitors will help nurses and community health officers test patients regularly and take action before emergencies occur.
Your future contribution will help us deliver 500 reliable devices to health centers that currently lack them. Together, we can make it easier for Nigerians to know their blood pressure status and reduce preventable deaths.
