All of the girls in our care have completed their assessments, and every one of them from formal, non-formal and slum schools has been promoted to the next grade with good marks. This achievement reflects their determination, hard work, and the nurturing environment that your generous support has made possible.

At El Shaddai, we believe every child deserves a safe place to grow, learn, and dream. For many of the girls who come to us from the streets and slum communities of Goa, El Shaddai is more than a shelter; it is a home filled with love, security, and hope. Here, they discover not only the opportunity to receive an education but also the comfort of belonging to a family.

Life at El Shaddai is built on care, responsibility, and community. The girls support one another like sisters, with the older children encouraging and guiding the younger ones. Through shared daily routines, study time, and household responsibilities, they learn teamwork, compassion, leadership, and respect, values that will stay with them throughout their lives.

As the new academic year begins, we have ensured that every girl is fully prepared to continue her education without interruption. Thanks to your generosity, each child has received a complete set of school essentials, including uniforms, school bags, textbooks, notebooks, and stationery. These simple but essential items allow our children to begin the school year with confidence, dignity, and excitement.

Beyond academics, the girls continue to flourish in many ways. They actively participate in cultural programs, sports, creative activities, and daily responsibilities that help build confidence, discipline, and resilience. Every day, we witness remarkable growth as these young girls become capable, compassionate, and determined young women.
