Challenge

The current school infrastructure is not enough to accommodate the growing number of girls students in the community. Many students study in overcrowded rooms, sit on the floor, or learn under difficult conditions that affect concentration and performance. Long distances and poor learning environments also increase school dropout rates among girls. Without additional classrooms, many students will continue facing barriers to education access and equal opportunities.

Solution

This project will construct four fully equipped classrooms to reduce overcrowding and improve education access for 300 Students girls in Dodoma. The classrooms will provide safe learning spaces with desks, doors, windows, and proper roofing for daily studies. Community members, local leaders, and educators will work together to ensure the successful completion of the project. By investing in school infrastructure, we can create a supportive environment where girls can learn, grow, and succeed .

Long-Term Impact

The new classrooms will increase school attendance and improve academic performance for 300 girls students every year. Better learning conditions will encourage more families to keep their daughters in school and reduce early dropout rates. Educated girls will gain knowledge and confidence to become future leaders, teachers, nurses, and entrepreneurs in their communities.
