We end year 2025 with a total of 516,164 books donated since the beginning of our literacy campaign. We gave away 13,763 books this year to 16 communities and day care centers, 34 schools and 19 libraries across the Philippines. This is an estimated PhP 155 million worth of books to benefit over a million children.

In the last quarter of 2025, many children received a copy of I Am the Change in Climate Change. In Nueva Ecija, our partners Outreach Philippines, Inc. and Mangandingay Group gave a short climate change lecture to students of Mangandingay Elementary School and Day Care Center along with our book. KABIAG Association distributed our climate change book along with a feeding program and electric fan turn over to the kids of Villa Labrador Elementary School in Rizal, also in Nueva Ecija. Meanwhile, in Dagupan, Pangasinan, the books were given as party favors to children of local construction workers, jeepney drivers, and other professionals.

Other communities gave away our books as part of their Araw ng Pagbasa (Reading Day, November 27) efforts. These include Mamala Intergrated School in Sariaya, Quezon; San Roque Elementary School in Marikina City.

Red Santan, a volunteer group that gave away our storybook Ang Pusang Kartero, shared that "Roland, who is nonverbal, showed joy and curiosity in his face after seeing the pictures in the book." We are happy to have our books in the hands of children from Missionaries of the Poor-Manila.

This 2026, we hope to continue this work of giving Filipino children books to share and books to call their very own. With your support, we are confident that little by little, our dream of one million book donation will become a reality.

Happy new year!
