Over the past years, with your generous help and donations, CANVAS has been able to give away nearly 120,000 children's books to kids in public schools and disadvantaged communities throughout the Philippines.
Beyond raising the funds to print those books, however, actually getting them into the hands of the children's who need them most is not an easy task. CANVAS is a small nonprofit with limited funds and manpower. For this reason, we are grateful to the many individuals, private sector and government agencies, and other nonprofits who work directly in the field who generously give their time, effort and resources to help distribute and track those books.
We're very happy to share with you some of the pictures we received from them, just in time to close out 2016. :-)
