Dear Friends,
We are beyond grateful for your unwavering support and your continuous belief in our mission. Because of your generosity, we are able to keep empowering marginalized teen girls across Morocco helping them unlock their full potential and claim their rights.
We are excited to share that this year’s Empowerment Program has officially begun, and it’s already off to an incredible start!
So far, we’ve received over 300 registration forms from girls eager to learn, grow, and strengthen their voices. Across 28 sites, more than 50 workshops have already started, bringing together girls who are ready to discover their potential and explore what empowerment truly means.
From the very first sessions, the energy, the curiosity, and enthusiasm of the girls have been incredible. They are stepping into this journey with a positive mindset ready to learn, grow, and strengthen their confidence. As always our program’s focus remains on helping the girls recognize their value, find their voice, learn more about their body, advocate for their rights, and set meaningful goals for their future.
Soar girl, Fatima Zahrae, 14, from Lalla Mimouna shared with us : “With Project Soar I learned to be proud of who I am, express myself, and most importantly, I discovered my power as a girl. I want all girls to feel safe, confident, and able to reach their dreams everywhere”
Hearing statements like these reminds us why this work matters. We are incredibly excited and can’t wait to see what this new year of Empowerment will bring.
