Burundi is a developing country, and one of the 5 poorest countries in the world, the health system of Burundi is not more developed, there is a high rate of malnutrition, children-maternal deaths in the world. a lack of care facilities with competent staff, the long journey that communities have to reach a health care structure is a great risk of death along the way by complications in these rural areas.
The problem is an inaccessibility to health care structures which has consequences of malnutrition, neonatal and maternal and child deaths, a reference and counter-referral problem in case of need of specialized care available in national hospitals. There is also a problem with the lighting system of the Tuvurwe neza medical health center, which we want to equip to promote access to health care.
This project which is already in activity is and will resolving the problem because all the children who are ill or will not be followed drugs at this medical center, the pregnant women will give birth in this structure of care without making a lonlongs course in search of the doctors, and for free, the poor people will be covered basic health care services and patients who will require specialized care will be transfer without problem and in time, but also for the surrounding health centers,
The project will help reduce mortality rates , the malnutrition cases, is and will improving the the health cares access of the vulnerable community in rural areas and for the poorest, this project also contribute to reduce the youth jobless because all the youth creator of this organization works in this projet like the volunteers,
