John was born and brought up by his parent who have physical disabilities. They live in Nyandarua County in rehabilitation centre. He sat for his K.C.P.E and managed to get 309 marks and got a place in Kangui Boys School. He could have done much better than this were it not for the challenges of his parents. He had a lot of responsibilities during school holidays, taking care of his parents and siblings. He successfully managed to complete his O level and scored a mean grade of B plain year 2017. He joined a Technical University in Kenya in August 2018 to pursue Bachelor in Electrical $ mechanical Engineering. In 2019 we got for him a full scholarship in KIIT University in India . He is currently in second year. He graduated with on 18th June 2023 with a degree in mechanical engineering.
Like also Tzu said, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. It has been a beautiful journey since we met him as a small boy joining form one. It has been a privilege to watch him grow into the person he is today.
