We are pleased to share an encouraging update on our project, Give Needy Kids Life and Hope Through Education. This reporting period marks a significant milestone for our students who recently sat for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations.
A total of 13 students from our program successfully registered and sat for the KCSE exams. Despite the many social and economic challenges they have faced, we are proud to report that 10 of these students performed well, achieving grades that qualify them for admission into universities and other higher learning institutions later this year.
This achievement is a testament to the resilience, determination, and hard work of the students, as well as the continued support from our donors and partners. Many of these students come from vulnerable backgrounds, where access to consistent education and learning resources is not guaranteed. Through this project, they have received school fees support, mentorship, and essential learning materials, enabling them to stay in school and focus on their studies.
The success of these 10 students opens a new chapter in their lives. As they prepare to transition to university, they carry with them hope for a brighter future, not only for themselves but also for their families and communities. Higher education will equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to break the cycle of poverty and become self-reliant.
We are currently working on the next phase of support to ensure a smooth transition for these students into tertiary education. This includes guidance on university applications, career mentorship, and exploring scholarship opportunities where possible.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters who have made this success possible. Your continued commitment is transforming lives and creating lasting impact.
Thank you for standing with us as we continue to give needy children life and hope through education.
