Dear Friends, Donors & Well-Wishers,

Namaste!
As colder months arrive in less than 3 months, I am pleased to share with you the progress and preparations for our upcoming winter initiative. Thanks to your unwavering support, we have made significant strides in our "1 Sleeping Bag for 1 Life" project, which is dedicated to providing warmth and protection to those most in need.

1. Overview of Progress
Our previous efforts have successfully distributed over 1,200 sleeping bags to vulnerable and disadvantaged families. The impact of these contributions has been profound, offering not just physical warmth but also a sense of dignity and hope during the harsh winter nights.

2. Next Steps for Winter 2024
As we prepare for the upcoming winter, we are set to initiate our next phase of distribution. Our goal is to provide sleeping bags to over 50 beneficiaries who are at high risk of suffering from the severe cold. These families are among the most marginalized and are in urgent need of support.

3. Distribution Plan

  • Start: September, 2024
  • Target Beneficiaries: 50 families
  • Distribution Locations: in and around Kaski
  • Logistics: Coordination with local partners and transportation arrangements to ensure timely and efficient distribution

4. Funding and Resources
To achieve our goal, we rely on the continued generosity of our supporters. We are currently seeking additional donations to cover the costs associated with purchasing and distributing the sleeping bags. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference and is crucial to the success of this initiative.

5. Call to Action
We encourage you to join us in making this winter more bearable for those who need it most. Your support can provide much-needed warmth and comfort, ensuring that no family has to face the cold without proper shelter. Please consider making a donation or spreading the word about our project to help us reach our target.

6. Acknowledgements
We extend our deepest gratitude to all our donors and partners who have made our past successes possible. Your compassion and commitment continue to drive our mission forward, and we are profoundly grateful for your support.

Together, we can create a warmer, more hopeful winter for those in need. Thank you for standing with us as we prepare for this critical phase of our work.

Warm regards,

Bahini Educare Foundation
