Giving Tuesday 2025: Build HIV/TB Treatment Centre

Dear Donors,

Thank you for your interest in the Build HIV/TB Treatment Centre project. At this time, no donations have been received, so plans for construction and equipment setup have not yet begun.

Across many parts of Nigeria, patients living with HIV and drug resistant tuberculosis face serious challenges in accessing proper care. Existing health facilities are often not equipped to handle complex cases that require close monitoring, specialized testing, and consistent treatment.

Without access to dedicated centres, many patients are left without the level of care needed to manage their condition. This can lead to worsening health and increases the risk of transmission within communities. Families are also affected as they struggle to support loved ones without adequate medical services.

This project is designed to build and equip a treatment centre that will provide testing, monitoring, and treatment for patients with resistant forms of HIV and TB. The centre will include diagnostic tools, medical equipment, and trained personnel to support ongoing care.

With a dedicated facility in place, more patients will be able to receive consistent treatment in one location. This can improve recovery outcomes and reduce the spread of infection in underserved areas.

We are encouraged by the interest shown in this initiative and remain hopeful that support will grow so this treatment centre can be established to serve those who urgently need care.
