Casa de la Amistad provides free, comprehensive support to children and adolescents from low-income families in Mexico who are battling cancer. Your donation helps cover essential treatments, medicines, nutrition, lodging, transportation, and emotional care - giving every child the chance to overcome cancer and reclaim their future.
Every year, more than 7,000 children in Mexico are diagnosed with cancer, yet many come from families who cannot afford treatment. Public hospitals often face shortages of medicines, long wait times, and limited access to specialized care. For families living in poverty, a cancer diagnosis can mean financial devastation. In Mexico, the survival rate is 57% compared to 90% in the United States.
Casa de la Amistad ensures that no child is left behind because of their family's financial situation. We provide: Free cancer treatments and medications in partnership with hospitals. Nutrition, lodging, and transportation for children and families traveling long distances. Psychological and educational support to help children continue learning and stay emotionally strong during treatment. Through your donation, we can continue saving lives and restoring hope to families facing the most
With your help, Casa de la Amistad will continue transforming lives. Each year, we support more than 1,200 children and their families from all across Mexico. By ensuring timely access to cancer treatment, we increase survival rates, reduce inequality in healthcare, and give every child the opportunity to grow up healthy and achieve their dreams. Your contribution not only fights cancer - it fuels hope, dignity, and a second chance at life.
