The Goal in Three Parts Project performed normal activities at its sports headquarters, at NED-Núcleo Esporte e Desenvolvimento, and at the 7 public schools that are partners of Fundação Gol de Letra. This report covers the period between May and August 2024.
We had 933 students, 426 girls, and 507 boys during this period.
48 weekly workshops were held in the following modalities, at the 7 centers where the Project is implemented: Judo, Skateboarding, Sports School, Capoeira, Futsal, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, and Karate.
The ongoing training of Young Leaders was developed through the annual plan. Between January and December, 20 young people participated in the training.
We also conducted activities with families, the community, and social services.
During the period, the main highlights were:
- Festival on World Environment Day (involving activities on Football, Environment, Sustainability, Health, and Hygiene), planned and executed by young leaders, with the support and supervision of a team of educators;
- Open Game Festival, which aims to promote the integration of students from the various centers in which the project is carried out (NED and the 7 partner public schools), in addition to putting into practice the sports content learned and developed throughout the year, it is also a strategy for integrating and disseminating sports in the community.
