During the months of February, March and April the actions of the Project Gol pela Igualdade (“Goal for Equality”) concentrated mainly in the dissemination of activities, registration of participants and training / preparation of the team of educators and young leaders.
As achievements, we can highlight the interest of the team of educators and young leaders to broaden the knowledge on gender equality. Another point to be highlighted is the filling of all vacancies available for the activity. The 7 futsal teams were complete, reaching our target of 150 teenagers / young people.
The challenge in this period was to develop a conceptual alignment on the theme "Gender Equality", so that all professionals involved could carry out activities focusing on this issue. The intention is to deepen the work on appreciation of the women's participation in football, strengthening women's groups through specific training and the adoption of young people´s inclusive strategies in activities that mix different genders.
