By Jim Alvey | VP of Disaster Recovery and Philanthropy
This will be the final report from Good360 on our activation and work in Turkiye and Syria. Our work with your support has been immeasurably impactful. It provided products and hope at the most critical times in this disaster response and recovery. It does mean we are not open to new ways to help. Here is what you helped us do:
In Response, we worked with partners to get basic needs met - hygiene kits, tents, sleeping bags, solar lights, and other basie items.
In Recovery - we provided shipping containers to Kale Foundation to convert to classrooms, transitional homes, communiity centers. Long-term recovery!
There is still more to do and will be for years. Please use GlobalGiving to identify nonprofits still active in this effort. If those nonprofits need goods to fulfill their mission, let us know and we will help!
Again, thank you for your support in this effort.
Sincerely,
Jim
VP of Disaster Recovery, Good360
