As the third quarter of 2021 ends and we move into the final quarter of 2021, we are able to continue running our Hand-in-Hand Dialysis Aid Program to provide underprivileged kidney failure patients with much-needed assistance so that they could continue to receive their dialysis treatment in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and the economic impact it causes. Our appreciation to all our kind donors for making this possible. This report highlights the program's status for the period from 1st July 2021 until 30th September 2021. In this quarter, our program supported 35 kidney failure patients from the low-income or unemployed group. Each patient receives a dialysis fee subsidy ranging from RM130 to RM1,000 per month to ease their burden. From these 35 beneficiaries, 11 are new cases.
