This Spring brings new classes at Heal One World in Los Angeles such as Intuitive Dance and African Dance. We have added new Reiki Energy Circle on Sundays and new early morning classes at 7am with Chauncee!
In both our Los Angeles and Fresno outreach locations we are serving seniors for free through Silver Sneakers! We have over ten classes and will be adding new exercise classes soon. In Fresno we had RWB free yoga nights as well as an amazing sound healing with Nada Wakes. We appeared on local TV to promote the event and our offerings!
In Fresno we are partnered with the Central Valley VA to offer free classes at our location and will be having a free veterans wellness event every month along with more class offerings exclusively for veterans.
In Los Angeles we are starting again with PATH to offer classes to their participants that are finding balance through permanent housing! This summer we are offering several open house events with a sampling of our offerings.
Both of our locations are community based and all volunteer run! Thank you for supporting our projects.
