As Summer comes upon us we are excited to announce we hope to partner with the neighborhood council for a summer fit right in program offering 3 to 5 weekly classes in a cohort to get healthy and moving over the summer. Our studio had graffiti which was threatening our tenancy and was made with acid, so it was not able to be removed but we invested in some new signage which we now proudly have displayed.
We have added amazing Sound Bath Sundays where the sound bath (using healing crystal bowls and other instrucments) follows and invigorating yoga class. We have a number of new teachers both online and in studio. We continue with ourMaui Resilience projects and have new help in the form of two wildfire survivors assigned by the county of Maui to assist with this work.
We have been getting amazing feedback from participants of the Tai Chi workshops in Maui at the Royal Lahaina Resort where many of the wild fire survivors are still house even though it is over nine months pass the event.
EFT tapping is emotional freedom technique it is a very powerful self healing technique and our teacher Jana brings this to everyone virtually on Saturdays. We also have emotional release through creative writing and journaling with Jennifer on Wednesday nights and a number of mindful meditation offerings. Reiki is also another very powerful form of healing which we have both in person and online. We continue to receive more referrals from local partners and our in person classes have definitely be going to see more of an attendance.
