Mission

Hello Summer!

Exciting times for Heal One World as we are adding more new classes and workshops.

We are also aiming to re-open our studio in June for limited in person classes as well as in person classes in HAWAII!

Around the country we are aiming to partner with libraries and community centers to be able to have more in person experiences for people in need across the country.

As we shared last report, we are now teaching nationwide, and in fact have teachers from India and France teaching on zoom from their respective countries!

New classes include Self-Love Meditation, breathwork, Trauma Informed Restorative Yoga, Yoga Bootcamp, Forza Cardio, Cardio Bootcamp and Yin Yoga classes!

Our workshops include two nutrition series, a LIT dance workshop and BIPOC support and growth circle w/Sherry Stiene.

We are welcoming a team of 12 amazing interns from around the country helping us thrive and grow.

Fundamental practice pointers are something we will be holding during the summer months along with Pride and Outdoor activities.

We hope this finds you safe and well and are excited for the future of wellness classes post-pandemic.
