This Spring and Summer have been amazing here at Heal One World. We had the incredible Awareness Film Festival in May, showcasing over 130 amazing films.
We welcomed a new teacher, Ryan, who teaches core strength on Monday nights at 7:30pm. We also introduced Rubi, who teaches our bi-lingual class on Saturdays at noon. Tai chi is coming back in September! And Lacey-Ann's Laughter Yoga is a total hoot & a hit on Wednesday's at 7:30pm. Our classes are becoming overflowing and we love that!
We were so happy to have a Veteran's Appreciation Clinic on August 4th, offering cranial-sacral, deep tissue and acupuncture as well as yoga! We have upcoming events for Vets as well and our Mission Continue's Lacey-Ann is planning a 9/11 event. We also have the Recyclathon and Aware Weekend coming up in Late October.
Our collaboration with the Venice Family Clinic continues with Feldenkrais treatments as well as twice weekly yoga classes. We are looking forward to Fall and continuing our mission with Fit Right In and our new program, Strength in Zen- a self defense and self esteem building workshop for teens.
Thanks for everyone that is joining us on this journey, we could not do it without you!
