Heal One World has been offering multiple modalities both in person and online for fifteen years since 2009! We had a beautiful reiki session with Maria for her final class of the year at the studio. We also had an amazing 15th Annual Awareness Film Festival, and held our opening party at the yoga studio, doing a beautiful standing yoga sequence. We seek to help people self regulate and look forward to hosting retreats in the near future at the Joy Dome in Tehachapi California.
We have twelve weekly in person classes and three daily virtual classes. As well as continuing our mission on Maui to provide wellness to those in need in Lahaina following the fires of August 2023.
