Happy Summer! Here at Heal One World we are busy with new classes and new projects! Upcoming we have some really cool programs: 2 day workshop on Dealing With Chronic Pain June 22/23 2013. Two Day workshop on Community Building June 29/30. Awareness Film Festival July 25-28th including free yoga and treatments!
This summer we are continuing our collaboration with A Place Called Home, Front Porch Senior Centers, Venice Family Clinic and Healthcare for the Homeless. Beginning in the Fall and a new self defense class starts up with teens at APCH.
Our yoga programs are reaching new heights with twice daily yoga classes at our Pico locations and weekly Pranic Healing clinics. Getting the heart racing during Zumba, movement is key!
