Samuel was born into a family full of love, formed by his parents Juliana and Ramiro; Guadalupe, her 3 year old sister; and Emanuel, his twin, who from the belly accompanies him and gives him strength to live.
"We had very difficult days, just thinking that they had to operate him," says his mother. The doctors told her that his son had an 80% chance of death in the surgery to cure a heart disease with which he was born. But the miracle happened, after 5 months of life, Samuel already has a healthy heart and can enjoy his beautiful family.
Like Samuel, hundreds of children with heart disease now have a life expectancy. The last July 24 we started the construction of the Children's Heart Unit, a project for which we have worked tirelessly, thanks to the support of all our benefactors
