Samuel is a baby with Down syndrome who was born five months ago with all the desire to live in a hospital in Medellín.
His father, Fernando, decided to consult our Hospital San Vicente Fundación about the evolution of his son, after performing several medical tests it was discovered that little Samuel had heart failure.
Congenital heart diseases are heart diseases that are present at the time of birth of the baby, and is due to an alteration in the development and formation of the heart during the embryonic period.
His father, Fernando, expresses his gratitude to the staff and the attention they have given his baby during his stay, and will continue to do all the tests to be able to know the state of the heart of his little Samuel.
