Roberto is 67 years old, and he was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. He has been in our Hospital for more than two months receiving treatment for his illness. His health is delicate. He has severe anemia and severe thrombocytopenia. However, his positive attitude and faith keep him strong every day.
His sister Luz has accompanied him during his stay, and both mention that they feel in the best hands. They highlight the quality of the service, commenting that all the doctors, nurses, and cleaning staff do their job very well.
Roberto has received at our Hospital transfusion support with platelets and red blood cells. He is under post-chemotherapy surveillance and is waiting for his state of health to improve with the professionalism of our professional.
With your contributions, you help us so that more older adults can access highly complex care from our specialists.
