Dear Donors,
Thank you for your interest in the Help 100 Girls Complete Primary School, Not Hawking project. At this time, no donations have been received, so support for school enrollment and mentorship has not yet begun.
In many low income communities, young girls are sent out daily to hawk goods on busy roads and markets. This often replaces their chance to attend school. Instead of learning in a classroom, they spend long hours working to support their families.
Street hawking exposes these girls to risks such as abuse, poor health, and unsafe environments. It also limits their ability to gain basic education, leaving them with fewer options as they grow older.
This project is designed to support 100 girls with school fees, uniforms, books, and guidance. With these needs covered, the girls can leave street work behind and return to school where they can focus on learning.
Through continued support and mentorship, the girls will be encouraged to stay in school and complete their primary education. This can open the door to further studies and better opportunities in the future.
We appreciate your time in learning about this effort and remain hopeful that support will come so these girls can move from the streets into the classroom.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
