The project aims at giving vocational skills for 34 adolescent girls who ailed to complete ordinary level due to lack of school fees ,These girls will be trained on hands on training to enable them acquire skills practically. The project will create employments for these girls ,boast the economic levels of their parents,assist other girls in their community and will reduce early marriages and will be example to others.
Rakai in early 80s was invaded HIV/AIDS that left the big number of orphans in the whole district.The people that stay with these girls are their grand parents who are old and helpless ,they strive to get money and food so they found challenge at paying school fees they cannot even earn a half dollar day As an organisation through it is necessary to help these girls to make theme important in their community.The girls will boast their economic levels and assist others to create jobs for other
When these girls be given vocational skills it will create more jobs ,solve the economic level of their parents ,assist them to live in good life ,train other girls to get skills like them and parent. By use of the startup kits given to theme they will be able to sustain for themselves.
In few months after the training,the girls will start training other girls in their community ,so it will help other girls to get skills and these girls will help pay school fees to their fellow brothers and sisters. This project will advocate for vocation learning as away of improving the economic standard of the people .
