Your gift is helping a child in India overcome poverty with an education. There are currently 241 children helped every month through this project. Your gift enables them to go to school and thrive. If needed, they receive help to ensure their most basic needs for food and shelter are also being met. Many of these children come from poor families or have no parents at all.

Chinnari is a 12-year-old girl and her father was an alcoholic who used to beat her all the time. She didn't like the abuse and always asked her mom if they could run away from home. The torment eventually stopped when her father passed away from AIDS. Chinnari lost her dad and she is slowing losing her mom too. Her mom has HIV and she is too weak and sick to care for her daughter, so Chinnari was taken to our Children’s Home where she's now receiveing full-time care.
Chinnari has her needs met and a home to live in. She gets nutritious meals, clothes and the love and care every child needs. Chinnari is going to school every day and she is grateful for the chance to learn. Her desire is to be a doctor one day. Your gift makes it possible for children to dream and hope for something better.
